Bellway"s strategy of increasing volume, average selling price and margin remains on course after a good Autumn period.
In an interim report to the City, the firm says that reservations in the period were 14% up and visitor levels also increased, with average selling price rising 7%.
Legal completions are up 5% and the firm is increasing its number of sites, or trading outlets, to 215.
