Job description:
Our client, a successful developer of new homes in the South East currently requires a Customer Service Manager.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience within this role having dealt with customers both face to face and remotely regarding defects in their new home.
The role will incorporate inspecting and agreeing the level of works required along with managing the quality of work carried out and ensuring it is to the customers’ satisfaction.
Satisfaction levels on all developments the individual is responsible for will be their full responsibility whilst ensuring the work agreed is addressed efficiently in line with company procedures.
The majority of developments will be within the South East region but may require travel further afield should the role dictate the need to do so.
The applicant will need to show they have exceptional organisational and communication skills along with excellent diagnostic skills of industry specific problems.
The ability to lead and influence is a strong requirement as will management of their team and sub contractors alike.
A satisfactory level of ability on IT will be required as will a strong command of the English language both written and oral.
The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Service and there will be a level of reporting required which will be included in further high level reporting by the Head of Customer Service to Senior Management.
